ZAZEN (Sitting Meditation) will be held at Kenchoji Temple, Kamakura for foreigners.
Kanagawa Systematized Goodwill Guide Club (KSGG) will voluntarily escort to the temple and guide them around the temple ground.
Kenchoji is the first-ranked of Zen temple in Kamakura, and is the oldest Zen training monastery.
Time
12:30 Meet at JR Kita-kamakura station .
13:00 Arrive at Kenchoji Temple.
13:30 ZAZEN starts（15min. x 3sessions）
15:10 Zen talk(Q&A) session.
16:00 Walk around the temple grounds led by KSGG members.
17:00 Depart at JR Kita-kamakura station.
<Fees>
Admission Fee for Temple 500yen /person
Fee for ZAZEN session 1,000yen/person
We can escort up to 10 participants.
KSGG will not be liable for any accidents.
