KSGG stands for Kanagawa Systematized Goodwill Guide.  We are a volunteer guide and interpreter club, organized under the auspices of the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), Kanagawa Prefectural Government and Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau.

KSGG provides foreign tourists and visitors with tour guide services on a voluntary basis in Kamakura, Enoshima, Yokohama and Kawasaki.
You need to apply for the services through the KSGG website, in which you find an “Application Form for Guide Services”. You are required to fill out the form agreeing to the KSGG Tour Guide Policy, and you are to submit it, at least two weeks before the requested service date, by clicking the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
No, you don’t, excepting some actual expenses for KSGG guide(s). For details please refer to the KSGG Tour Guide Policy described in the Application Form.
Yes, we do. We at KSGG have several course plans to recommend, which you find in our website “Guided Tour “. You may select one of them, and inform us of it when you send us the application.
Our guide services are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Korean and Thai.
Yes, we will provide our guide services in other areas in Kanagawa Prefecture (besides Kamakura, Enoshima, Yokohama and Kawasaki) as well, except Odawara – Hakone area, which is covered by the other SGG Club (Odawara Hakone SGG).  Areas outside Kanagawa Prefecture including Tokyo are covered by other local SGG clubs.
Yes, we will introduce other local SGG Clubs covering the areas you like to visit, such as Odawara-Hakone area, Tokyo Metropolitan area, and others.
